Excellent service Some of the order arrived early! and the balance was dead on time. Well done. Keep up the good work.

It would have been nice to have been told the item was not in stock at the time of ordering. After a couple of conversations about the item I assumed it was in stock and would be posted .
Still pleased with My Tub and will order again in future.

Good service with genuine parts all available on your website and if there is a problem you quickly sort it out. Thank you

Very responsive service. My only criticism is that when I went to your agent to pick up the items, I was told that I could have saved several pounds (in fact the cost of the petrol for the journey plus some more) if I had ordered directly from them. A lesson for next time!
