Despite having a glitch on the order on the day of delivery, which was soon sorted out, dealing with your site was very favourable. I was kept informed and updated every step of the way. Well done and I will certainly be back again. Thank you

Bit of a muddle on delivery which meant I stayed in for best part of a day but 3rd time lucky. Advice to others: always check first thing if item on the van on deliivery day. Otherwise the product and service were excellent.

Good evening, I am sorry about the delivery mix up. I am also sorry we did not apologize at the time.

Not sure what happened with this one but initial 30 day lead time to obtain everyday plumbing materials isnt acceptable to my customers, especially as these products are manufactured in the uk. The order was fulfilled with 13 days after agreeing to pay an additional £9 VAT delivery charge. This is however, common in the UK plumbing supply industry & by no means exclusively a MyTubWolseleyMcAlpine problem. All products turned up as described and the communication by MyTub was very good. This has not put me off ordering from MyTub who are usually very good & this may have been out of their control.

Prices very competitive, delivery took a while, I guess as you had to order the parts to send me. I ordered 3 and only got 1 but I didn't realise till two weeks after order arrived so didn't feel I should mention it.

good service and price, only downside was that some of the parts were loose in the box and I was lucky they were not damaged.
