First class helpful service. I was looking for a part that may companies had said was obsolete, however MyTub, quickly sourced one and dispatched it. From order to delivery, very smooth, simple and straight forward transaction, would highly recommend. i wont be using you again it took you two weeks to send par tfor the boiler has been repaired using parts from another supplyer as a gas engineer it is not possible for me to leave a boiler of for two weeks

Had been let down by another online company who wanted 3 weeks lead time to deliver - from order to availability in store with MyTub was around 30 minutes!!
Very helpful lady on the phone (Christine) made sure of stock availability and advised of a store in driving distance which had the stock for colection the same morning rather than waiting the modest 1-2 day delivery!!
VERY IMPRESSED, will be using again soon for my plumbing business, especially with these prices!!
