The local sole agent in Dubai called ATMOST decided to stop suppoting the Ariston dishwasher model that I have and wanted me to replace the complete unit although only the door lock was broken.
They refused to order the part for me. I finally was able to find my parts at MyTub and within a few days I had my shipment at my door step and install it. It a perfect match. Excellent service and will always buy from them.

Very fair pricing and seem to source items not readily available elsewhere. Can take a while to arrive however but not excessively so.

Excellent - the only company to think laterally enough to find me a replacement for my obsolete airflue duct. Thanks!

While you did not have what I wanted in stock you rang and gave me a date that you would send it after ordering from suppliers.
You further advised it was being sent and the date which I would receive it.
I have now received it on the day you stated.
I must say that your customer service is excellent and top class, and keeping me advised of progress was very appreciated.
I would without question recommend you and will use again if required.
Thank you.

really fast service, quick delivery and informative website. Was able to find out what loo seat I need from the 100s available, which would not have been possible without your guidance. Thanks!
