I have found the service very efficient. I searched everywhere for this product and you were the only place to have it in stock. The ability to be able to check on your website about a specific item was really useful and I received a prompt reply. Delivery was quick although a bit expensive. First-class service : helpful, friendly, personal and effective. My only concern is that basin was delivered "bare" not in a cardboard box, or similar and the protective plastic film that should have protected the edges of the basin was perforated or torn in places it will not be clear until the basin is removed from its plastic wrap whether any cosmetic damage was incurred as a result.

Hi guys - the part arrived in good order, but the packaging could have been better. It arrived in a card-board box with the part placed in the bottom and the padding piled on top. It would have been better to put some padding into the box first - then the part - then the padding to sandwich it between the padding. However it seems to have arrived in good condition.
