Good website & couldnt be beaten on price, however items took a lot longer to come than I expected, but was updated on the progress week by week.

Very pleased with order and processing. Customer services very helpful and answered calls and emails promptly. However, the courier service was appalling - not the fault of MyTub. They could not find my house and did not even call me to ask for directions. Consequently, package was returned to sender, causing a weeks delay before I eventually received it.

Despite several delays from the manufacturer i was kept informed of progress and received the goods on the day stated. The item ordered was good value for money and i would certainly use mytub again.
