Thank you for excellent service.

the only big MINUS was the excessive shipment costs for an EU-customer, which trippled the product price.
Best regards GB

I rang prior to placing my order and was told it was in stock and if ordered would be with me in 2 or 3 working days, I placed the order and was emailed with the confirmation giving a much later delivery date, this was disappointing but I had paid and the price was good so left the order as it was. However because of the delay between when I was originally told I would receive the item and when we eventually did some inconvenience was caused.

This is how the goods come to us from the manufactures. As we do not use couriers services the goods are delivered with great care and no need to be packed up to withstand getting kicked around a depot.
