Good delivery service. Bath arrived earlier than expected. Kept informed on deliveries. Packages arrived in good condition. Drivers helpful - were on 1st floor & both were willing to help carry heavy good up the stairs. Price competitive. Would recommend to others.

Good value and many thanks for having the parts which were realtively hard to find. Only issue were the unexpected delays of several weeks - a better estimate of delivery timeframes should be mentioned prior to the order, not via several emails each detailing further delays. The reasons were not expalined either.

In need of a replacement timer for my central heating, I found MyTub offering the keenest price, apart from their shipping cost to me here in France. Not to worry, I found a cheaper shipper and MyTub were more than happy to oblige, including prompt email exchanges to coordinate collection by my preferred shipper. You had the exact part for an old model fire which was great, and from order to delivery was only a few days. Again, well done. The only thing that I struggled with, was the option of collecting from an outlet, of which I think were 755 places. I couldnt find the locations anywhere. Perhaps for trade only All in all great service and would use you again
