Hi
I have checked with my shipping address with ARAMEX, it is not showing that they have received the shipment until now.
Thank You

The item wasnt delivered when they said it would be but once I queried it, the communnication was spot on from there and they were very apologetic and i now have a working toilet again so cant complain too much!!

I was very impressed by the fact that the swing arm which Id ordered arrived within 24 hours of your receiving the order made on Saturday on the Monday morning. Our plumber would have been happier if it had been accompanied by suitable boltsscrews to fix it with but that wasnt actually a problem.
Thank you very much for your helpful web site and excellent service.

This turned out to be a very lengthy transaction, but your staff were very helpful throughout and we got there in the end.
