Parts & spares excellent range. Delivery options need to be tightned up. Had to chase part which had been delivered to depot but not delivered to me. A new order had to be made. For the customer advise them how it will be delivered, post ,local depot, direct from supplier and estemated day of delivery. This I think would be a way to improve your service.

Although the Cartridge was expensive , but could not get the same anywhere else, had too buy it, but the time it took to receive it was very acceptable. Have not fitted it yet but I am sure it will be fine. I probably could have got a nrew tap cheaper but buying the cartridge saves all the hassle. Would us MyTub again.

Your price for the part I was seeking was the lowest, and although your supplier initially sent the wrong item, your persistence in getting them to rectify their mistake was outstanding. Good customer service and helpful contact - when it became clear you couldnt supply the original panels I wanted and to be honest, I thought they might have been discontinued you offered me options and quickly processed the new order and partial refund. You were also courteous while I was asking what turned out to be a foolish question! : Your supplier rang me promptly to arrange delivery, which was in the timeframe specified. Thanks!
