spent over 4 hours on tinternet trying to find an obsolete boiler part and "MY TUB" came up with the goods at a reasonable price and kept me informed throughout regarding the order process

The quality of the product that was delivered to me was far from the standard that I would have expected from a company like yourselves. The item appeared to have been in the warehouse for a number of years and was bent with paint starting to corrode.
I can only say that the item was replaced within a period of 2 weeks with a quality item. Service response was good.
The original item should never have been allowed to be delivered as there could not have been any quality checks. This was someone getting rid of some old rubbish item. I can only say that this has certainly put me off using the website and supplier again.

Apart from a misunderstanding regarding delivery dates, which may have been my fault, your communication was friendly and informative, which we appreciate. We did enquire whether there was a more efficient way of you sending a very small product to us in the post so my only suggestion would be a more economic postage price in addition to your standard. Thank you for delivering my order which arrived in excellent condition and on time according to your third forecast of ETA. Taped to the container was a mystery item - a small roll of electrical insulating tape. As I'm often running out, that was very useful.
