Delay in getting the order to me because the item was discontinued but they did obtain it & send it. It arrived & a week later I got an email to say it would be delivered next Monday. Not impressed with that communication.

After some delay in delivery due to being in lockdown and NHS requiring urgency on their washroom needs ,I was eventually given an acceptable date which got delivered as promised , so I am pleased with that . The product a washbasin tap was as requested and looks good . Yes I would deal with the company again as they keep you up to date with delivery progress.

Very pleased with your service, item was far cheaper than anywhere else and you rearranged delivery for several days earlier. Excellent response from your admin people they answered the phone promptly and phoned back when they said they would. Will definitely use your services again !
