Placing the order was simple enough and the item was well priced.
What I found most disappointing though, was the absolutely crap service provided by your designated supplier and the fact it took three attempts to get it delivered, in this case, Plumb Centre, Poole.
As a result and given that you are not supplying direct, its somewhat doubtful that Id use your services again.

Pleased to receive the Wavin Actuator. The heating was installed about 2.5 years ago, and we have lived here 6 months. It had never worked properly due to being installed wrongly. It is now OK. Wavin sent me a circuit diagram, so I could diagnose the fault.

We have been very happy with the service from MyTub. We had to replace our boiler at very short notice and MyTub had the best price we could find. The service was excellent in terms of delivery arrangements - everything came very quickly and at the time we were told it would come. Also, communications were excellent - none of the usual experience of phoning one person and finding they knew nothing about what youd discussed with the previous person - everything was seemless. Great service and kept well informed of the status of my order.
The only website I could find that sold the parts I needed and probably saved me over £300 in service engineer call out charges.
Found my tub by googling the part number I was after.

The service was first class with the item arriving next day. However I do baulk at the price of spares parts, my one tiny item a small 12" bronze body without the flow regulator being 1 16th of the price of a new boiler.

The price was good but the service was some of the worst I have had shopping on line. One broken promise after another. If I had not progressed the order by phone I would probably still be waiting!
You need to get your act together, I will never use Mytub again.

No excuses, all I can see looking at the order is we chased this up with the
manufacture a lot. We gave up & got in from another branch which meant it
had to go through several sets of hands.
