I ordered an Astracast sink on Monday evening and it was delivered Friday morning. Im happy with that turnaround time, however the sink didnt have a waste kit with it. Now that I search your site I find it for around £5, but would have to pay £12 to get it delivered. Good price, prompt delivery - excellent customer service. Ordered online and Internet problem meant I had to start my order again. Second attempt worked no problem. Within minutes I got a phone call from a charming lady who said she had noticed that I appeared to have ordered two firebacks within minutes of each other. Did I really want them both or just one I told her what had happened and she said not to worry she would sort it out and arrange to refund my card.
Great service - thank you.
