Great service & communication, the item was delivered Saturday as arranged. Only slight criticism was that it would have been nice to have known you were having a two week shutdown over Xmas when I made the order, there was no mention of it on the order page. Otherwise very happy.

I wanted a folding shower screen finding one to fit my specification proived difficult but Mytub staff were very helpful and patient. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE USED MYTUB BUT IT CERTAINLY WILL NOT BE THE LAST. THE SERVICE WAS PROMPT AND THE VALUE WAS AMAZING, EVEN MY PLUMBER COULD NOT OBTAIN THE GOODS AT THE PRICE I PAID.

I do think your charges for posting and package expensive. After waiting a week I telephoned your office to say that my kit had not arrived. I was impressed with the lady who rang your High Wycombe branch and I received the goods the following day.
