Just want to thank My tub for excellent service. I ordered a part that has now been declared obsolete by the manufacturer and My tub managed to track down the item and get it delivered to me asap. Had problems initially trying to determine the exact technical spec for the products being supplied and matching that with our requirements/expectations from the product. We had to do the 'leg work' to find the specification of the products you were supplying as you were unable to provide this information/concur with the information we eventually found on the product.
All other aspects ordering, delivery etc was excellent.

On the one hand, the purchasing experience online ordering payment was fine, and the communication through the various stages trying to get a delivery date, clarifying delivery address, following up when deliveries failed to occur was very good.
However, the great let-down was the fulfilment of the order:
1 It was most disappointing, in this day and age, that a delivery date could not have been advised at the time of ordering. Most firms seem to have reasonable certainty and visibility as regards their supply chains.
2 It was also disappointing that this delivery date turned out to be TEN days after the day that the order had been placed these days, for anything other than bespoke items such as cars and furniture, its rare to have to wait longer than 3-4 working days.
