This is how the goods come to us from the manufactures. As we do not use couriers services the goods are delivered with great care and no need to be packed up to withstand getting kicked around a depot.

I was kept informed as the order progressed, so cannot fault your
The parts proved difficult to fit new hinges for a Space toilet seat
as Ideal Standard, in their wisdom, changed the seat design and although
my toilet was delivered well after the change, it was still the old model.
However, with a bit of cutting and fiddling, I got it to fit.
So I cant complain at all about MyTub, but am very unhappy with
Ideal Standard and wont be buying their products in future. The hinge should
never have failed in the first place
|Danfoss products received direct from supplier on next day delivery. Kept informed by MyTub by email for each part of the process from receipt of order to delivered package. Excellent service, brilliant prices and manufacturers boxed items.
