The item was deliverd in a reasonable timeframe and on the date specified and was significantly cheaper than the competition.I found the updates on the order satus particularly helpful.

Good service and good communication from start to finish. I have to admit that I was sceptical that the company would refund the delivery charge if I collected the item myself from a nearby plumbing supplier. But they did on the day I picked it up. As we use our own distribution the goods are carried from the store to the van to your home, theres no need for any packing the goods are handled with care.
