|Im very happy with the service from MyTub. They were instrumental in obtaining an obsolete part for my boiler that was cosmetically important for our property renovation. many thanks and I will certainly use your service again.
|Took 3 weeks to deliver. To be fair, communications were good, but for an online seller claiming that items were in stock and delivery in 2-3 days, the overall service was pretty poor. Under the circumstances, i would have expected more of an apology or discount off next order - otherwise i might as well go to my local plumbing centre next time.

|Though probably not your fault but your suppliers I have always found Daikin to be crap at everything they do, delivery time was past a joke order 7 dec receive 9 jan.
|Items were correct as per description and price point was great. However the 3 weeks for delivery of complete order seems was excessive.
