I initially phoned for information and received very helpful advice, and was able to order the goods online and arrange local delivery at no extra cost. We have been very happy with the service from MyTub. We had to replace our boiler at very short notice and MyTub had the best price we could find. The service was excellent in terms of delivery arrangements - everything came very quickly and at the time we were told it would come.
