The service was good and I was able to pick up the goods as arranged. I thought it was good to be given the chance of picking up myself, and not having to pay the delivery charge. Parts were as expected - which isn't always the case with online purchases! Also the order was available quicker than expected

Great service. The item wasnt in stock once the order had been processed, in fact its a discontinued product, however Christine managed to locate one in Ireland and, upon payment of a courier fee, this was delivered the next day.

I ordered a replacement coal bed for a Valor highlight fire. Even though the part is obsolete, you managed to get hold of a replacement. We really appreciate the effort in sourcing the part and getting it delivered to us a lot quicker than expected. Sorry for the slow reply, due to family crisis I had not been able to check emails, when I did, found goods had been sent to local depot,as they were to fragile to post. I got somebody else to pick them up for me, but I was very happy with the service I got.
