Rare vintage gas fire radiants arrived promptly and in first class condition despite the snowy weather, very satisfied indeed!

Good value and many thanks for having the parts which were realtively hard to find. Only issue were the unexpected delays of several weeks - a better estimate of delivery timeframes should be mentioned prior to the order, not via several emails each detailing further delays. The reasons were not expalined either.
