The original taps ordered were discontinuid and after searches alternatine replacements bathroom mixer taps from other makes were recommended. It is appreacheated the time and expertise that your staff gave to my enquiry and are to be highly commended. First class product, accurately described, fairly priced and very promptly delivered. However, I did think that the delivery charge was too high. I think that there should have been an option for a lower delivery charge, combined with a longer wait for delivery. Certainly, I was in no hurry - but had no option.

Good service again. Got the items on time.
They were, however, slightly different from my last purchases plastic container rather than a material one. I was concerned that they would not fit the caldensate unit. Fortunately, it did fit and appears to be leak-free. Will keep an eye on it.
