Very impressed with the service. It turns out the part I ordered was obsolete but staff went to the trouble of sourcing another supplier. Part arrived promptly.

We were let down badly by another supplier and needed our high cistern urgently because we had fitters already on site. MyTub were great - unlike other suppliers, I was able to talk to an actual human who confirmed they had the part and was able to give an accurate delivery estimate, which was a big relief. In the end, they beat their estimate by a couple of days - it arrived the next day. Would totally use MyTub again.

Great price and excellent service. Superb two way information trail regarding progress of an order, which is updated as appropriate by real people. Thank you.
