On ordering I was given an estimated delivery date and the day before delivery an email arrived confirming the delivery - this is a great service. Service very good and the website easy to use. Parts in stock this time so received quickly. Unfortunately waterless urinal spares are expensive but thats not the fault of the supplier. Manufacturers need to lower the price to make waterless economical.
