I needed an urgent part, this part was easy to find on the website which is great! You didnt tell me the items were not in stock until after i had placed the order. Thats a bit sneaky as other suppliers tell you before you place the order and give an estimated delivery date. I suggest you start doing this as next time I will be more carful in placing an order with you until I have looked at the other sites forst.

The first time the order was sent out parts were missing. Rather than send me the missing parts (weighing about 200 grammes), you sent an entirely new order in a box which is about 3 feet long and 1.5 feet square. And the courier who delivered it refused to take the old order away.
I am now sitting here with a very large box in my office with a brand new toilet seat in it. I would like to know whether I should dispose of it (rather wasteful) or whether you are going to collect it. Please advise. If you do not tell me what to do, I shall keep it for one more week and will then dispose of it.
As to the product itself, it does not fit the toilet well because the hinges raise the seat too far off the bowl, such that the weight is not distributed arou
