Hi
I have checked with my shipping address with ARAMEX, it is not showing that they have received the shipment until now.
Thank You

I don’t normally respond to requests for feedback but I’ve been very pleasantly surprised by MyTub. The website doesn’t inspire confidence looks a bit dated and home-brewed. Indeed I initially moved on to look for an alternative supplier. In the event the service was exemplary. Fast response to the request for lead time, simple order processing and blisteringly fast delivery. I would definitely recommend and use again. Thanks.

Many thanks for what seemed to be an obscure gutter item. I spent ages looking on the internet. Then I discovered MyTub. The item I was looking for was clearly itemised on the website & was supplied with excellent delivery.
My message. Dont waste time on the others, go straight to MyTub.
Thank you.

really fast service, quick delivery and informative website. Was able to find out what loo seat I need from the 100s available, which would not have been possible without your guidance. Thanks!

I was happy with the ordering process and the items I received but thought that the P&P was very high for such a small lightweight item! (£5.99?)
