Although, the unit was unavailable at the time, and the delay was a number of weeks, once informed of the scheduled date, the date was stuck to, and I dealt with well informed staff, and keen to "find out" rather than "fob off" attitude, and they were happy to help. Arrived in decent packaging and kept informed over automated e mails as well as brain behind email when requested for information. Good to deal with.

well Twyford put me in touch with Samantha at My tub I wanted a 1500 shower bath panel sorted in 10mins it was all sorted you had this discontinued line. Order arrived Friday one week after I ordered it. I was in no rush as I just wanted to replace a water filter. However, ifsomething had been broken and needed urgent attention this would not have been a good service compared to many other internet trading companies.
Price good especially as I ordered enough filters to get free delivery.
