Thanks for bath....arrived as advised.
Happy with bath but not with handles as they are much wider than those on the alto 70 width bath.It is not your fault and having spoken to Ideal Standard find that they do no provide an alternative which is a pity
I dont suppose you know of a possible alternative

Apart from a misunderstanding regarding delivery dates, which may have been my fault, your communication was friendly and informative, which we appreciate. We did enquire whether there was a more efficient way of you sending a very small product to us in the post so my only suggestion would be a more economic postage price in addition to your standard. I was really pleased that MyTub was able to supply a Mira Tile Upstand Kit at such a good price £19.92 as opposed to the £28.70 RRP. However, I was most unhappy about having to pay the relatively high £12.50 VAT delivery charge. Jeanette at Mytub, though, told me that I could avoid paying for delivery by collecting the item from my local Plumbcenter store. This was no bother as it was only about 1.5 miles from my home.
Not wishing to pay the £12.50 VAT delivery charge, I might well have purchased the item from another internet store had Jeanette not mentioned Mytubs collection arrangement with Plumbcenter. Perhaps Mytub should publicise this arrangement more on their website.
Overall, Mytub provides an excellent and very helpful service.

Not delivered on stated day 22 Feb but was delivered the next day, and delivery driver apologised for delay. Also, I got rapid and courteous email response when I reported non-delivery. Apart from that , website easy to follow, and price the best I could find.
