After some delay in delivery due to being in lockdown and NHS requiring urgency on their washroom needs ,I was eventually given an acceptable date which got delivered as promised , so I am pleased with that . The product a washbasin tap was as requested and looks good . Yes I would deal with the company again as they keep you up to date with delivery progress.

I ordered a replacement coal bed for a Valor highlight fire. Even though the part is obsolete, you managed to get hold of a replacement. We really appreciate the effort in sourcing the part and getting it delivered to us a lot quicker than expected. Many thanks for an accurate service. The parts arrived according to the confirmation email. Just one thing though, I had asked for a price and availability check prior to ordering and clicked through the quote to attach the details to my order, as suggested but the delivery date quoted did not match the final delivery date confirmed by email. Maybe I did something wrong, maybe I did not, either way, it was not clear but I am still happy and will use your services again, thank you.
