Once I placed the order I was contacted and informed that the regular delivery service could not guarantee delivery before Christmas. The express delivery arrived within 30hrs ... A first class service was provided by your staff. You sent me updates about my order and the items delivered were exactly what I needed to fix 2 leaking radiator valves. Having searched high and low for the type of radiator valves fitted in my house I was extremely happy when I found mytub on the internet. Im happy to say you have provided me with an excellent service in sourcing the boiler part i needed. Two other companies had advised the part was obsolete, despite it being listed on their websites and taking payments. Im still waiting for a refund from the second company 5 days later! I phoned My Tub who checked while i was on the phone to confirm they could get the part and consequently it was with me in two days.

Goods received OK, thanks. Slightly surprised that they were loose in an open-top box. E-mail updates received from you kept me informed, but would be more useful if your notes were in reverse chronological order - with the more recent comments at the top of the e-mail rather than at the bottom.

Thanks for your input we are looking into the notes order on the emails.
As we use our own distribution system for deliveries there is no need for excessive packing as the items come from the shelf to the van then to your door, all treaded with great care.
