Product was as described and communication was good but delivery took nearly 2 weeks from placing order. A little disappointing.

Hi not impressed the courier service came when I was at work.. fair enough, but I went to pick the parcel up on friday I was told it had been returned to you on Friday 5 days after attempted delivery, despite the fact their card said seven working days after delivery.. so I had a 40 minute journey for nothing........ plus the fact the card they put the card though the door saying I could reschedule iit over the internet as long as I quoted the 12 digit code which was only 10 digits and the website would not accept... bad customer service on your couriers part

The wrong product was delivered but after a call to Mytub the correct part was delivered a few days later. You find out how much a company values its customers when theres a problem to sort out and Im happy with they way Mytub dealt with correcting the mistake. Thank you.

Excellent service, ordered Saturday afternoon and the item arrived on Tuesday morning, well packaged and as described. Great communications throughout. Will definitely use mytub again and recommend to others.
