I was very impressed with the help and quick call back from Steve. He managed to locate a discontinued Pactrol device to fix a heating system. A1 service and thank you.

Wonderful service - and you even realised when Id ordered the wrong thing - psychic too! I really appreciate that you emailed me to check what I actually needed rather than sending exactly what Id ordered. Thank you.

I placed an on line order for replacement parts for my 5 year old boiler. The process was very simple and efficient. My Tub kept me well informed as the order was processed and dispatched including notice of the day of delivery. I can recommend this company.
