Hi Very happy with the service I had from my tub and also very happy with price. As I have an old boiler I will certainly be keeping this website. Would recommend to anyone looking to order from my tub first class service. Thank you

It took just over a week to receive the item, which is quite slow, but the frequent email updates were valuable.

Placing the order was simple enough and the item was well priced.
What I found most disappointing though, was the absolutely crap service provided by your designated supplier and the fact it took three attempts to get it delivered, in this case, Plumb Centre, Poole.
As a result and given that you are not supplying direct, its somewhat doubtful that Id use your services again.

Order did arrive on date supplied. After having made frantic efforts to secure an am or pm delivery, I was advised that I would be having a pm delivery. The delivery was then made between 9 and 11am because luckily a friend was in to take the parcel in. I also note that a message had been written saying deliver after 12!!! Having said that the contents were as expected.
