Yes thank you I received my order,everything was fine,the only problem was there were no screws sent with the spacer. I have made do with screws I had in the house, just as well I had them. I am sorry this is not the best of feedbacks,but it is the only thing I can add.

I have just spoken to the manufacture & they inform me the screws should be in the back of the fire & so are not supplied with the spacer.

However I found your information confusing as the picture shown was what I wanted but I ordered the wrong item because it was the first on the list because I had spoken to an efficient operator , Christine,she corrected the mistake. Hello sir,
Tuesday I received the parcel. I would like to thank you for the service.The CD with the software for the Diagnostics for the Vaillant boiler Vrdialog 8102 is very out of date. Its the version 2.2. by 2006. On the internet can I find the version 2.5, but there are already the VrDIALOG 8102 version 2.8.0.3 but I cant download it. My computer works with windows 7 and this version works only with windows XP.
Christine, of you company, did provide the upgrade to version 2.8.0.3.
