I ordered an Astracast sink on Monday evening and it was delivered Friday morning. Im happy with that turnaround time, however the sink didnt have a waste kit with it. Now that I search your site I find it for around £5, but would have to pay £12 to get it delivered. While you did not have what I wanted in stock you rang and gave me a date that you would send it after ordering from suppliers.
You further advised it was being sent and the date which I would receive it.
I have now received it on the day you stated.
I must say that your customer service is excellent and top class, and keeping me advised of progress was very appreciated.
I would without question recommend you and will use again if required.
Thank you.

Order arrived safely on time, well packaged. Items are correct. It is satisfying to know that elements from ancient toaster are still available at reasonable price. I shall be looking at "Mytub" again when I need parts for domestic appliances.
