I wanted a folding shower screen finding one to fit my specification proived difficult but Mytub staff were very helpful and patient. I ordered some coals for a gas fire which included delivery, but due to the delicate nature of the coals you would not deliver I dont know why you show something on you web site that you cannot deliver. You then had to re credit me for the delivery cost. The item was then sent to another distributer which I had to collect from.
All this took me numerous phone calls and over a weeks wait I would have been better going straight to the local distributer.

Thank you for keeping in touch throughout the process of ordering this obsolete model, from factory in England, to safe delivery, Wednesday as promised, at warehouse in Paisley. I was very suspicious it would not arrive or their would be vagueness as to the order in the warehouse, which would have meant an irate husband, who had made a 25 minute boat journey and motorway drive, calling me to "deal with it". That scenario did not happen and the young gentleman at the warehouse carried the heavy basin to the car boot without being asked. Thank you for your calls on the morning as promised, your frequent e-mails, and your courtesy . Well done team Mytub, and all you kind young people, your Mums should be proud of you. I dont normally reply to requests for feedback BUT this time I was so impressed with service I had to send some positive feedback. You managed to supply items that I could not find elsewhere, there was a constant stream of status updates so I knew exactly what was happening. One part of the order was on a longish lead time and you despatched the rest of the order immediately and managed to improve the lead time of the remainder. The outstanding order was delivered exactly when you said it would be. This is delighting the customer service - brilliant!
