This is the second order I have placed with MyTub in a year and am completely satisfied with all aspects of the transactions. the part arrived although the outer packaging did not have the full address, but it did have the post code on it. The delivery operative had to open the packaging to get the full address of the invoice inside.

Another great load of customer service from these guys, as I am not there, give yourselves a well deserved pat on the back! My order was so small but this didnt seem to matter, still made me feel like a special customer. If I were a plumber I am not! I would use these guys all of the time. So refreshing that there are companies out there that still go the extra mile to keep customers informed.

Turned up on the date stated, it was the correct part which was fitted as per the video. The job was a good one and cheaper than other sites.
