Unfortunately there was a manufacturing fault with the sink out of My Tubs control . I emailed MyTtub and Christine dealt with the problem immediately and I received a replacement in less than 24hrs. She provided excellent customer careafter sales service and is a credit to My Tub.

I ordered a replacement coal bed for a Valor highlight fire. Even though the part is obsolete, you managed to get hold of a replacement. Materials ordered were delivered by local suppliers. However it took a week to arrive. Ordered other materials at the same time from another plumbing supplier, which arrived the next day. So materials ok but delivery poor. Would I use again, yes.
