I ordered an Astracast sink on Monday evening and it was delivered Friday morning. Im happy with that turnaround time, however the sink didnt have a waste kit with it. Now that I search your site I find it for around £5, but would have to pay £12 to get it delivered. MyTub kept me informed of the progress of my order at all times and although the order was not received by the estimated delivery date originally provided I felt that MyTub were genuine in their apologies and doing their best to expedite delivery. Once delivery was confirmed I received the order, a bath, on the specified day and am very happy with the quality of the item.
