OMG the service received from mytub has been amazing. Having ordered the incorrect item Laurie was so helpful in chasing the supplier, copying me in on the regular chaser emails. There are not many companies that provide this level of service today. They did not give up until I had the correct loo seat and fittings. Thank you so much. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Goods received well packaged and intact. Because they arrived later than I expected 13 days after order I will not have time to assemble and install before going on holiday so cannot comment on quality of product yet. I was well informed about the progress of the order and received a telephone call to check and confirm the delivery date which was useful.

We have been very happy with the service from MyTub. We had to replace our boiler at very short notice and MyTub had the best price we could find. The service was excellent in terms of delivery arrangements - everything came very quickly and at the time we were told it would come. Also, communications were excellent - none of the usual experience of phoning one person and finding they knew nothing about what youd discussed with the previous person - everything was seemless. Excellent communication all the way. I tried to order a shower that turns out wasnt in gold. Before sending the chrome version, the team noticed that other parts on the order were in gold so contacted me to check before the order went ahead. Kept me well informed throughout the refund process even though it ended up being a non sale for them. Cheers

the staff at mytub were very helpful in finding the part i needed for my shower and even though the part was only £10 the level of service i received was oustanding from start to finish you would think i had spent thousands of pounds, excellent communication, i was kept upto date at every stage of my order and very fast delivery. this has to be the best company on the internet, staff who are genuinely interested in helping no matter how much money your spending, service at its greatest. thank you Mytub
