The service was overall good.
Nevertheless the delivery charges should be made clearer as no explanation is made that items could be delivered separatly and different charges can apply.

Owning a much loved and reliable and efficient 20 year old Trianco oil boiler it was inevitable that the day would come when Id need to start replacing parts that are almost impossible to source. I ordered from Finland on 30.12 and had it delivered to my door on 22.1. The shipment was 49 GBP. It was still cheaper then local price here, and I must say that customer support was most helpful within their possibilities.
MyTub, get your international shipment deals better, you have great offer and great staff there, but I cannot recommend anyone from overseas to shop here.

Superb, thanks. Very customer centric. My son discovered a broken toilet seat on a Tuesday Morning. I found a replacement seat with you via web and it was with me and fitted by Thursday. Very good service and at a very competitive price. Your regular email updates re order status is an excellent idea.
