Item arrived, but did take a while. This may have been due to stock at the time.

Received in two deliveries very quickly after ordering.
Unfortunately on unpacking the items, the 600x800 Elite is damaged on both the upper and lower sides. As the damage is through the paint to the metal in two places, the item will start to rust very quickly given it is to be fitted in a shower room. The packing was not marked so the damage had to have been from the factory.
Could you arrange for this item to be replaced and the damaged item to be collected at the same time
Otherwise I was happy with delivery and price.
many thanks

Good service but you gave no notice of delivery which is necessary out here.

Thanks, found the part difficult to get anywhere else, your ordering system and communication was great. Despite the Xmas rush it arrived on schedule and just in time.

Simple ordering process. Very helpful staff. Obtained product relatively quickly despite problems caused by Covid 19. Low prices. Very happy.
