Excellent service throughout. Pleasant and helpful staff from initial contact to delivery driver. Particularly impressed by the regular delivery progress reports and the rapid delivery its-self.
One comment you may wish to consider - the delivery note from "Wolseley required a signature confirming that goods were received in Good Condition. This is unrealistic . It would be more reasonable to either delete this statement or give an alternative stating "Goods not Checked at time of Delivery".

Good customer service and helpful contact - when it became clear you couldnt supply the original panels I wanted and to be honest, I thought they might have been discontinued you offered me options and quickly processed the new order and partial refund. First class product, accurately described, fairly priced and very promptly delivered. However, I did think that the delivery charge was too high. I think that there should have been an option for a lower delivery charge, combined with a longer wait for delivery. Certainly, I was in no hurry - but had no option.
