Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler. While you did not have what I wanted in stock you rang and gave me a date that you would send it after ordering from suppliers.
You further advised it was being sent and the date which I would receive it.
I have now received it on the day you stated.
