I duly ordered this part and was so pleased with the service I received and took the trouble to comment on your excellent service at that time. Imagine all the hustle and bustle of the Christmas period, delays, etc. with transport generally - BUT - your firm came up trumps and delivered the spare part before Christmas - much sooner than expected, particularly when the delivery date was projected for January. Mytub communications were excellent. I have found in the past a good company is one that when there is a problem with goods or service they deal with it ASAP rather than making numerous excuses. I did have a problem with the order, which was no fault of Mytub, my emails were answered very quickly and politely. The problem I had was resolved and I was kept up to date all the way until I received my goods. Well done Mytub.

The pedestal was damaged when it was delivered last Friday - as the driver managed to let it slip out of his hand onto our driveway. However, a replacement was delivered within a few hours.
