There was a delay in delivery of our order but we were regularly updated and the new delivery was on time and efficient.

Good value and many thanks for having the parts which were realtively hard to find. Only issue were the unexpected delays of several weeks - a better estimate of delivery timeframes should be mentioned prior to the order, not via several emails each detailing further delays. The reasons were not expalined either.

Got part but feel delivery cost was excessive it was near as much as the product.
You need a simple postal mail option for small items.
