It is very unfortunate that some manufactures do not keep stocks of all there goods and lead times are long, this is something we have put to them on many occasions. Thank fully these are rare occurrences.

Ordered a bathroom worktop on line. Was advised by email of progress and it was supplied locally and delivered by that firm. Top rate service and keen prices will mean me looking here first for future product requirements. Although it needed a little searching to find what I wanted on the web site, if you know what you want, you can probably find it here.

The service has been fantastic. One of the products I needed was no longer available but Christine sourced an alternative from the manufacturer very quickly and amended my order. I was kept in touch with what was happening all the time. The order came on the exact date I was given I was out, but the delivery company have been equally good, easy to contact to re-arrange delivery.Everything has been so easy. ordered two parts one was wrong when delivered. Phoned office they ordered correct part and it was delivered next day. Things do go wrong and it shows how good a company is in how they put it right in this case top marks. Will use MyTub again Great Service.
