Emails about orderpickeddispatched all appreciated.
Delivered within a few days of ordering.
Only complaint would be ridiculously high delivery charge. Over £12 for a jiffy bag through standard post hurt.

Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler. I can say without a shadow of doubt the ease of dealing with your company was unbelievable, at every turn Your team kept me informed and answered my questions within 1 to 2 hours, you managed to source parts when the manufacturer could not and when you said things would arrive they did. Easy to find the product I was seeking on the MyTub website. It was helpful having the product number against which to search.
Five days including a weekend from order to delivery.
Good communication including initial notification then confirmation of delivery date and information, when requested, of an approximate delivery time.
The product looks good and I assume it will work well as our plumber had no problem fitting it.
I would recommend.

The parts for my Ideal Standard lavatory were delivered as promised.
I was kept informed as the order progressed, so cannot fault your
delivery system.
The parts proved difficult to fit new hinges for a Space toilet seat
as Ideal Standard, in their wisdom, changed the seat design and although
my toilet was delivered well after the change, it was still the old model.
However, with a bit of cutting and fiddling, I got it to fit.
So I cant complain at all about MyTub, but am very unhappy with
Ideal Standard and wont be buying their products in future. The hinge should
never have failed in the first place
