Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler. I can say without a shadow of doubt the ease of dealing with your company was unbelievable, at every turn Your team kept me informed and answered my questions within 1 to 2 hours, you managed to source parts when the manufacturer could not and when you said things would arrive they did. Hi,
Order arrived promptly and is an exact match for replacement valves within our childrens nurseries, there are over 150 of these valves and the children keep on breaking them..... Did try to purchase these at plumbase and plumbcentre but they could not help me! Ill be using you from now on even though these were dispatched from Burton uponTrent......

The goods did take much longer than I had anticipated, and longer than you initially advised.
You kindly updated with new expected delivery dates but this had to be done more than once and I guess you were simply having to pass on information provided by your supplier or manufacturer.
In the long term no harm resulted and the main thing to report is that the drip tray arrived OK, was in good cobdition, AND it fits perfectly.
So my resume would be - Many thanks for supplying this relatively small item, it just what was wanted and my friend who asked me to order it is highly delighted that he can once again use his fridge as before. Kind regards.
